Restoration of the only stained glass window designed by Grant Wood installed a year after he painted American Gothic, window panels were actually done in Munich Germany.

what a nice memorial to your Veterans.  Too bad it got damaged but I'm sure it'll be fine by the time they're finished with it. A really nice window and the painting is really good isn't it?

That was very interesting.  I enjoyed seeing it!  Yes, the painting was excellent, the faces very detailed and all the leaves in the background.  Thanks for posting it Alan!
