thanks for the kind words, I've got the small grinder up and running, have to send the other back to Glastar.... $83 +shipping.......Woe is me...

Oh my goodness, Glassic!  How did I miss seeing the $83 in your post?  It was written plain as day and somehow I didn't see it.  I am sorry...       I can see that it is a very frustrating situation.  I hope you are able to finish you beautiful star very soon.  Best regards, Mary

They had just called and confirmed the price when I saw your post, I had hoped when they saw how well cared for it was they might look on it as a warranty repair, no such luck!
But the repair will be fast and the new impellor I requested for the pump will be gratis.
Glastar do have a good customer service record in my book.
