I was struck by a beautiful cover on the January 2011 issue of Duluth Trading Co. catalog. What a happy dog! I wrote to the artist, Rick Kollath, who very kindly granted me permission to recreate "Scout" in stained glass. I've finally had time to work on it.  Scout is cut and awaiting foil. I'm painting in detail on the toes and pupils on the eyes.

Well it was a long dry spell and I really missed the glass. After this one I'll have to go buy some more glass to restock...oh darn! :)

Very nice, Tre!  Make sure when it's finished you send a picture to the artist.
