Crazyone gave me this idea last evening....Love it!!!!!!!! Thank you so much Crazy!!!!! They turned out fantastic! The pics suck as usual, but in person..these really rock!

Were you able to keep all 4 layers in Glass Eye separate with one on top of each other? If so, how did you separate each layer after the designs were finished and was each layer numbered? In other words, after drawing in one layer, were you able to draw in the second layer before adding the third, etc and still keep them 'separate'? |

No Nancy. GE has only one layer. I drew 4 same sized boxes and drew the components in each one. Then I dragged them on top of one another to check for placement. I used the undo button to undo the stacking, adjust the element and restack the images...etc..etc...

I did that once before with the art glass ones I make, but it was suggested to me that people like to pick them up. Maybe that was to see the color when not stacked, whereas with these clear and etched, it is easier to see the design and would not have to be picked up. That would certainly reduce fingerprints getting all over them. It would be good to put the ribbon to use, since I bought soooooooo much of it and already have it.

I believe you can adapt GE for almost any basic drawing need...I use it all the time.

In GlassEye, you can "Group" a set of lines and when you pick one of them, the whole group is picked. You could use that with "Sticky" off, too.
