I've used this one with black irid glass and it was stunning...sorry I didn't take a picture.

I wish you had a picture too cuz I got that mold along with a couple of others when they were on sale.  I think I just might happen to have some black irid too!

Along with a plate, I made a set of coasters using the black irid, they were so pretty and that tile is big enough to get four coasters done at one time.

Lava cloth is another way to achieve texture.  Just make sure you pre-shrink it first.

I just bought 3 sheets  of it MUCH cheaper than Anywhere I could find it.

I did win a bid but even wholesale It was over 30.00 a sheet  (for what I found)

There's lots you can do with irid glass.  This is just one suggestion.
