Just a suggestion......Adding these 2 lines may offer some more stability and also more depth to the muzzle.

Kev,
Thanks for the suggestion - I've taken a sharpie and marked the lines on Toby and tomorrow morning I'll see if I still like the idea.

I've stopped for the night, but here's the final progress picture.  I'm not sure the leaf glass is vibrant enough, its SP3256 and has lots of variegation - I'll probably cut a few more leaves and then make a decision if I need to change glass.  All suggestions are welcome.

Mixing would work, does that light green blend with the Baroque?

I added the two lines that Kev suggested and cut a few more pieces of the leaves.  I don't like my glass choice for the leaves, too mellow.  I think this needs something brighter.  Any suggestions?

Since I didn't like my glass choice, I decided to use the time to redraw the pattern.  I eliminated some lines, added or extended leaves, added directional arrows and marked my background (mulch) spaces.

When looking at KOG 163LL I looked at KoG 122 in opalescent - since all the other glass is opalescent, think I need to keep with the same.

what about using the 325-6 for the lighter sections of the leaves and Spectrum 327-2 for the darker -- I've used these two together before and they blend really nicely; another one to look at for the darker is spectrum 622-7; however that tends to run more toward mossy green so it will be harder to blend with the 325-6

Evelyn, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this!  Your pattern is excellent! The glass choices are wonderful and what you've done with the dogs face details is just great!

I'll be looking forward to seeing how this comes along, I think it's going to be terrific!!

Thanks De, I'm pleased with it so far.  Kev, Lou Ann, Yvonne and Marcia, thank you all for the suggestions on the glass for the leaves.  Mike has a shipment of glass coming in on Tuesday, I'll see what he has and then make a decision.

Eureka!!!!!!  I found the glass for the leaves and identified all the other glass for this project:

Background is Uroboros 5074
Mulch is Spectrum 319-6
Dog is Spectrum 315.1G
Leaves are Wissmach 57D

So, I'm off to the glass room to start cutting...I'll post pictures as soon as I get a couple of leaves done.
