I really love these shapes!   For a number of reasons I usually set my light catchers (remembering that I always make small stuff)  'onto' clear textured  circles,  rather than making them into little 'panels' - the circles are kind of my 'trade mark'.   This one was meant to be 'stand alone',  but looked a bit unfinished without my usual frame.   I was playing around with using an oval and (have to admit it - he's on the forum, after all!!) Ian suggested using the 'focal' shape.  (He does have his moments...)
Since this pic was taken,  I have removed the central loop for hanging and put one on each side instead -felt safer!

Dittos to LouAnn.
I also like to have that 'little extra' and 'frame up' with an ArtDeco shape.

It took me awhile to understand what focal meant but
now I understand the term.

Good idea Ian, and well done by Elizabeth.

The expression two heads are better than one comes to mind.
+1 for teamwork.

Helen, Anne first posted some of these lovely 'focals' in 'Using Focals' on 22Dec,  and was kind enough to pass on her patterns.
I loved the feel of them and played a bit with them,  posting some pics (had a bit of trouble there - computer stupid..) in  Anne's focals - revisited' on Jan 8th.  So this one was just another progression...  'cos I love that shape!!

Thank you all for the kind comments!
