Off hand I am not sure the top window works with the other two.  If you are trying to have a three-way match and the photos are accurate, you don't have it.  On the other hand if you want a bit of contrast because the magnolia green is deeper and different, you have that and can use it.  Actually, that is the way it must be since the magnolia, especially the southern magnolia, has a deeper green than the lime green of the other windows.  So the contrast is nature's greens at work.  Here is a picture I took of a Southern Magnolia down here.

That's the way I felt about it.  It doesn't have a three-way match, but maybe they will work together.  If I had know about the placement of the three windows originally, I could have designed the three to go together.  But since I didn't, the top one is "patchy."

You can see some of the red of the backs of the leaves in your picture.  I'm afraid people won't know what that is in the window.

I think most people recognize only the common plants, flowers and trees.  One can try to get the colors right and no one notices the leaves belong to a Southern Magnolia.......some do, some don't......

There are a lot of southern magnolias in my old neighborhood.  There was even one in my front yard.  When we had the really wet, heavy snow a couple of weeks ago, they lost a lot of limbs.  Those big, year-round leaves weren't designed for snow!
